Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake data warehousing solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.

• Deployment and Administration: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of Snowflake environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Strong knowledge of Snowflake SQL querying, running dbt jobs, deploying dbt jobs, parsing complex json data sets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop scalable and efficient data solutions.

• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all data solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, protecting sensitive information and maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Snowflake queries and data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing.

• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Best Practices: Evaluate and implement best practices for data warehousing, storage, and data integration.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that data solutions align with business objectives.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.

• Experience with data modeling and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.

• Automation: Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline data processes and reduce manual intervention

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models that support business intelligence and analytics needs2.

• Cloud Integration: Integrate Snowflake with other cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to leverage cloud capabilities.

• Automation: Implement automation scripts and tools to streamline data processes and reduce manual intervention

• Snowflake SnowPro core certification is a plus.
